All quotes provided by Derrick Logistics Limited are subject to confirmation and may vary based on the specific requirements of each job. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by Derrick Logistics Limited.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding collection and delivery addresses, the nature of goods, and any special handling requirements. Derrick Logistics Limited accepts no liability for delays or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Derrick Logistics Limited will take reasonable care in handling all goods. However, clients are advised to ensure appropriate insurance is in place for high-value or fragile items. Derrick Logistics Limited's liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Derrick Logistics Limited reserves the right to charge for costs incurred where cancellations are made at short notice or after work has commenced.
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Derrick Logistics Limited reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with applicable legislation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
